This highly prized caviar comes from Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii sturgeon and is produced exclusively for Caviar House by Manufacture Prunier in Aquitaine. It comes from a selection of eggs and a unique salting process, developed according to Caviar House's own specific criteria.

The taste of our Osciètre de France caviar is mild, creamy and buttery. The grains are medium-sized, ranging from dark brown to amber in colour. When you take a bite, the eggs burst pleasantly and release an explosion of flavours on your palate. The flavour profile of our Osciètre de France caviar is complex and balanced. It has a subtle hint of saltiness, allowing the natural richness of the roe to be fully expressed. It has a distinct hazelnut flavour, with hints of cashew or walnut adding depth.

The texture of our Osciètre de France caviar is velvety smooth, leaving a soft, pleasant mouthfeel.
