Caviar "Oscietre" Valentines Day Edition

Presented in this fabulously celebratory, limited edition tin, this highly prized caviar comes from Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii sturgeon and is produced exclusively for Caviar House by Manufacture Prunier in Aquitaine. It comes from a selection of eggs and a unique salting process, developed according to Caviar House's own specific criteria.

The taste of our Osciètre classic caviar is mild, creamy and buttery. The grains are medium-sized, ranging from dark brown to amber in colour. When you take a bite, the eggs burst pleasantly and release an explosion of flavours on your palate. The flavour profile of our Osciètre classic caviar is complex and balanced. It has a subtle hint of saltiness, allowing the natural richness of the roe to be fully expressed. It has a distinct hazelnut flavour, with hints of cashew and walnut adding depth.
