Delivery in the UK
Delivery is usually made within 24-48 hours in the UK (except on public holidays and weekends) if the order is received by 2.00pm.
Delivery will only be executed provided there is sufficient stock. Any probable delivery dates advised by CHP UK or its commissioned supplier are always non-binding. Our parcels are always dispatched by a carrier or Royal Mail in special packaging containing cooling elements, because our fresh products are perishable. Please place the goods in a refrigerator immediately upon receipt. All shipping costs will be at your charge. We guarantee that all products are in perfect condition leaving CHP UK and that we are not responsible for any damages caused during transport.

Further conditions of delivery
All our offers are subject to change without notice. Invoicing is made according to the actual quantity delivered where the items are priced in kilograms or grams. We can only acknowledge any possible complaints concerning the goods within 24 hours following receipt of them, in view of the fact that our products are perishable. Please keep the queried product in safe custody for an analysis to be carried out by us. We expect that goods are returned in the same condition as they were on purchase. Please do not forget to return the package to us as quickly as possible by express post. Any credit balance arising from the return will be settled by us without delay, unless you wish to use it for further order. These general sales conditions may not be cancelled by our customers by terms stipulated on their part.

CHP UK places great importance to supplying only the best quality. Therefore, it may occur that we do not hold a particular item in stock at the delivery date desired by you. In this case, we shall substitute this item with another of at least the equivalent standard, without prior notice and at no extra expense for you. Our Prunier caviar selection in original tins and our Balik salmon are all hand packed individually. Therefore the prices shown for these products are approximate, and subject to a variation of plus or minus 5% depending on their weight.

Please note that CHP UK cannot sell alcohol to people under 18.

Return and Cancellation
You have a general right to return non-food goods only within a period of 14 days. You are obliged to return the goods to us in the same condition as they arrived and to take reasonable care ensuring that the goods are received by us and are not damaged in transit. For return of fresh foods, please see the article “Further conditions of delivery”.

Data Protection
For processing your order, we store your address and other data relating to the order. We guarantee protection of your personal particulars, according to the provisions of the international data protection law. We assure you that we shall not pass details of your address and that of the recipient of gifts, to a third party. We do not store credit card details neither do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Client Obligation
The client is personally liable for its choice of items and after delivery is entirely responsible for the conservation and consumption of the items. The client must consume the items before the expiration date. Balik, Caviar House & Prunier and all the products appearing on the web site cannot be resold. Client represents and warrants that it is purchasing products or services from CHP UK for its own account and use and not on behalf of any other person or entity. The client assumes all risks once they have left CHP UK. If any damage occurred to the goods during shipping, a funded protest should be addressed to the courier. Unless presented with such a document, CHP UK declines all responsibility regarding shipping and will not be liable for any damage unless expressly accepted otherwise by CHP UK.
