The Bourgogne Aligoté is made of 100% Aligoté grape type and only comes from hilly Cote Chalonnaise vineyards, on well exposed plots in Bouzeron and Melecey villages.
Pairs marvellously with seafood and oysters, enhancing their saline notes. Aslo works well with meats such as pork and finishes off a meal nicely served with strong cheeses.
Serve between 11-12 degrees C.
